When my style and approach aligns with your vision I'll invite you to fill out my contact form. I'll email you back within 24 hours with details. We start our proces together with a video call, so we can get to know each other better and I can learn all about your wedding vision and the things that are most important to you.
After our video call you will receive a custom proposal, crafted to meet your specific needs. With a signed contract and a first payment your wedding is booked.
I am here for you, throughout your whole planning process to assist and help you as much, or as little, guidance and expertise you'd prefer. If you need some recommendations for great vendors or wedding details or your timeline, I am happy to help where needed.
Whether it's a one, two or three days event, I'll be there to capture all the sweet moments, real connections and beautiful details that will make your story unique. I'll style and direct when needed and I'll make sure that you live in the moments of your wedding day that you want to remember for forever.
Every collection is crafted uniquely for my couples. Most of my couples choose at least a rehearsal dinner coverage and a signature full day coverage for their wedding celebration in Europe. This collection starts at € 9745. When I know your needs I can send you a custom tailored proposal.
Both. I will bring my film and digital cameras to every event. I will select the best option to use, whichever medium suits best the lighting and the scenario at that moment. Film will be used predominantly during daylight hours. All digital and film images are processed and matched together so you will end up with a beautiful cohesively, storytelling photography collection
I have a team of talented associates who work closely with me.
Depending on the scale of an event, I bring on assistants, second or third photographers as needed.
After photographing weddings for more than a decade, I know exactly what I need to capture on your wedding day. If you like the photos you see on here, you'll absolutely love your wedding photos. That being said, please bring any special guests, unique details, planned surprises prior to your celebration to my attention, and I’ll be sure to include them.
I will help you, or work together with your wedding planner, with your timeline, since my goal is to ensure that you have the best natural light for every part of your day and that I have plenty of time to capture al your desired photographs throughout the day.
My wedding photography is a balance of an editorial, art-directing approach combined with photojournalism and captures the romance and the emotions of your unique once in a lifetime celebration. With both styles you will get a beautiful comprehensive collection with details, people and emotions.
For any weddings in Europe that includes travel, I will always arrive a day prior your first event. I will use this time to scout the location and taking scenery shots to complete your story.
I do not offer these services, since I am a photography only studio. However I can always send you some great recommendations.
With an eye for detail, I carefully curate every event.
Signature wedding collections are typically delivered within 8 -10 weeks.
The turnaround time for engagement and portrait sessions take 4 to 5 weeks. Of course, I share a few sneak peeks along the way.
To work together, contact me and book a video call. Thereafter, I’ll send you a custom-tailored proposal for you. Your wedding date is officially booked with a 35% photography retainer and a signed contract. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior your wedding date.
The venue very much dictates the overall feel and aesthetic of your wedding celebration. It sets the tone for the entire event and it dictates how your images will be. For example, if you’re dreaming of wedding photographs that are bright and light, a dark venue isn’t going to be the right choice to achieve that throughout the entire wedding day. Seek out venues that fit the aesthetic you have in mind.
Consider working with a skilled wedding planner, especially when you are dreaming of a destination wedding. They will help you with all logistics. They can create magic with your wedding vision. They will stay on top of all the little things that you wouldn't necessarily think about and they will do everything in their power to give you a stress free once in a life time celebration.
I am always happy to share a few favorite planners of mine.
Your surroundings are key! I recommend to choose your getting ready location carefully. Since I am a natural light photographer it is so important that you choose a room with lots of natural daylight. Get a room that is spacious and has natural colors, think of white, beige and cream. I am photographing most of your details here and this location will be also the backdrop of some portraits. Make sure that this location is in alignment with your wedding venue and the overal look and feel.
Knowing the sunset time is key. I always suggest to build a timeline keeping this in mind. Since I am a natural light photographer and shooting film as well, I prefer to photograph all the important moments, your portraits, your decor and details in natural light. This to ensure you will end up with the romantic, elegant and dreamy images that you see here.
An engagement session is a great way to practise in front of the camera before your wedding day. Some couples can feel nervous about your photos being taken. An engagement session gives you the opportunity for both of you to get comfortable in front of the camera and getting to know me and how I work. Most couples experienced the session to be more relaxed than expected. And these sessions are a lot of fun and you end up with stunning images you can use for your save the dates, wedding websites, sign-in books & social media.
A wonderful way to start into your day together is doing a 'first look'. You see each other for the first time before the ceremony. Having this first sight as a bride and groom alone by yourself, has something magical.
When you decide to do a first look you will also have the option to do the photoshoot and family portraits right after it, so you have more time to spend with your guests during cocktail hour.
It is just more beautiful if you are present in the important and emotional moments, fully involved with the situation. Without distractions, be there. With a screen in front of your face this is not possible.
Especially during the ceremony it could be disturbing when guests hold their phones, ipads and camera into the picture. You may only see screens and no faces or emotions. I just love to capture the people that are close to you, smiling or maybe crying happy tears.
It would be a wonderful idea to ask your officiant to make an announcement to request that your guests are not taking pictures during the ceremony and put away their devices.
